Q. Is my credit card safe?
In a word - yes. Using our secure order form, your credit card number and personal information is encrypted and transmitted using industry-standard SSL technology, preventing unauthorized parties from reading this data. You can verify the SSL Certificate on our order form by clicking on the "Verisign Authentic Site" button.

Finally, we do not keep a copy of your credit card number - your card details are processed on-line via an encrypted payment gateway for authorization. In this sense, placing an on-line order with our company is much safer than most mail-order purchases, where your credit card number may be permanantly stored.

Q. What personal information do you keep?
As mentioned above, we do not keep a copy of your credit card number. We will store your name, address, email address, and other order-related information in our order database. This allows us to keep track of our customers and lets you download your software again, should you need to do so in the future (see below).

Q. What is your Privacy Policy? Will you sell my details, or send me spam?
We do not rent or sell personal information, and we do not condone spam (being constant sufferers ourselves). We may periodically notify you of updates or special offers - no more than a few times per year. You can read our privacy policy here.

Q. Will I be able to download and re-install my software later?
Yes, your order receipt will explain how you can download and re-install your software again, free of charge, should you need to do so. The process is fully automated and very simple.

Q. Can I order off-line?
Yes. Though we recommend that all of our customers order on-line (it's faster, easier, and does not add any handling charges to your order), if you would rather send us your order information via mail or fax (or wish to order multiple copies), please visit this page, print out the order form, and then follow the instructions to fill in the information and send the form to us.
